Before each Broadcast

Find people for shows

1. Contact Pas contributers
2. Solicit contributions - mass emails, posters with Pubs officer etc
3. Contact other socs about shows
4. Develop shows / time slots with various editors

Build Schedule

1. Decide Timeslots (within contract contraints)
2. Contact contributors
3. Triple confirm data and times of shows
4. Mail and text before shows
5. Post schedule online - before broadcast week

During Broadcast

1. Manage running of station
2. Ensure a committee member is always present
3. Source replacements for no shows
4. Problem solve emergencies
5. Purchase tapes
6. Make a tape change schedule
7. Turn on and off transmitter and stream (morning and night)
8. Enforse station rules

General

1. Liaise with Chair and Senior Producer about station decisions
